Default Stock transmission mount question

The tranny mount on my '01 GC8 is looser than a $20 hooker. There aren't any tears in the rubber as far as I can tell, but it moves too damn much. Does this look normal?

I'm aware that the stock mounts are pretty soft; it seems to be excessively so in my case...

Thanks,
Vitaly

Looks normal to me... Buy a GroupN trans mount - they're a solid piece of much harder rubber.

I just changed this mount over the weekend.

It's very noticable! I'm very happy about the results.

It's a pretty easy job. I did it on the floor with ramps.

You will notice a bit more vibrations in the cabin but it's all worth it!

Phil =)
