Where do I get my car aligned for my Prodrive Springs?
This is ticking me off. I went to three places and brought the recommended Prodrive settings with me. First two looked at me with their mouths wide open and a blank stare. They said they didn't have the right "machine" to acheive those settings. I didn't think this would be that hard.
Third place was recommended by the first two. When I got their I explained what I needed and he continued to argue with me for two minutes on how my 1.5" drop has no effect on alignment and that he didn't understand what I wanted. He finally got the guy in the back to agree to the alignment and the guy took my car for 5 minutes and came back saying they couldn't get it up on the lift with my lowering springs and and STi V2 front lip. Said it's to freaking low.
WTH do I do? Any suggestions. Also can anyone tell me what to say the idiots working the counter so they don't give me crap about why I'm doing it. Is there a quick logical answer as to why the settings need to be changed so I can get them to understand what I need. I'm about a day away from putting the nasty stockers back on so I don't need to go through this crap everytime I need a dang alignment. This is ridiculous!

Much of the alignment equipment out there today will not accomodate alowered car, especially w/ body effects (lowering it more). They put on laser measuring devices on each wheel and many of them simply don't have a long enough arm to allow each to "see" the others.
I had to go around a little bit to find a shop w/ the right equipment.
On specs- you didn't post what you wanted. First the specs have to be attainable- w/ the oe setup (no extra eccentric bolts/camber plates) you can expect to get about -1.3 camber in the front- some have gotten slightly less, some slightly more. Ensure they are equal (cross camber)- they should be able to get this within a tenth- left/right. If they need to know why, tell them the extra neg camber will help w/ grip in corners and also help dial out understeer.
The rear (w/o bolts/plates) are nonadjustable, however by loosening both strut bolts you can push/pull (very hard) on the tire and come up w/ a tenth or two- I only use this to even out camber, if it's even left/right it's not worth the effort.
Toe you have a wide range of adjustment, just make sure you understand all the ramifications w/ changes. 0 toe front/rear is very safe, that still yields good performance (deviations outside 0, again understand the ramifications- not only at autox , but also at speed).
Caster- non adjustable.

Just to add to Big Skys excellent response,,,,,,,I had the same setup as you, Prodrive springs /stock struts and the STi ver 2 lip.
I had my alighnment done afterhours at my dealership and we came close to the Prodrive recommended settings.Getting the car on the machine took some care so we wouldnt tear up the STi lip.
It can be done,,but you need to take it to a place that will work with you some and understands the isssues.Alot of places will just say no way to avoid any conflicts.
That being said,,ive recently switched to the STi suspension which took the car up abit and firmed it up more also.That i feel has saved my lip on more then one occasion.IMHO if you drive aggresively with the lowered car and the STi ver 2 lip,,the lip is living on borrowed time.
