Default Just finished my blue LED conversion!

So, when I bought my car, the AC/Heater controls had no backlights. I finally decided to do something about it, and exhchanged the mini lightbulbs w/the green condoms on them for blue LEDs that match my stereo.

Well.. it works! And it looks badass.. though not as bright as I wanted it, cool nonetheless, and more than I had before. I'll have pics up later..

And I'd be happy to do this for anyone that wants me to..for a small $25 fee(parts included of course.. )

did you just change the bulbs?
what did you use for replacement LED's, and did you just swap the new LED's intot he existing bases?
I was thinking about this, but I wasn't sure if there were green overlays too that would make it greenish anyways.....

OK, I want this. Too bad MD is so far from FL. I'd gladly pay you to do it.

I've always been annoyed at the lack of backlighting on the climate controls.

I can't see the pic either. Can you post a link to it?

I haven't done the instrument cluster lights on THIS car, but I have done them before. Same concept, and yes I could do them. If I can find a cheap unit at a junkyard, I could start a swap program.. (or someone could find me one)
