i was recently told (as in today) by a reputable subaru fanatic that using 93 octane fuel is better for all engines, regardless of type. ill try out some 93 in the ol' sube next time i fill the tank and we'll see whats up.

You guys running 93 are wasting money. Unless you've raised your compression through forced induction or high C/R pistons or are running a very aggressive timing curve there is absolutely no benefit to using 93. The RS was designed to run on 87, 89 might get you 1 or 2 degrees extra timing advance but 93 is most certainly slowing you down... remember octane is the resistance to detonation (proper and pre). You want to use the lowest octane that doesn't knock, period.

i got a CB deck in the console with a bullhorn under the hood. no antenna for the radio, but the PA system is fun! not expected in a scooby.

Wow, some of you guys went nutz on yours. Some long lists on here. Mine will be much shorter. Nothing too special.

93 Impreza L sedan 2wd 1.8

Modded intake(removed airbox, using universal cone filter at the end of the stock tube)
