Default Need Help Fast

Got a wonderful check engine light last night.... I had one about 3 weeks ago that was cylinder 4 misfire. I put new plugs in (NGK copper) and it already had pretty new (about 7,000miles) with magnecore wires. The car wouldn't even idle last night, it was flooding itsefl out, but 'm not sure why. I noticed the catalytic converter was cherry red, couldn't see the whole thing because of the heat shields but around the second o2 sensor was a real pretty color (this is not good). I wasn't really running the car hard enough to turn the exhaust red, and it wasn't over heating or anything. Once i would turn the car off, let it sit for a couple seconds and start it up it would be fine for a little while and it would all start over again. Its sunday now so I can't get any parts to work on it around here, but I need to drive to North Carolina on Tuesday and NEED MY CAR. Any experience with a problem like this?? any ideas???

Thanks
Kyle

P.S. mods are catback - borla header (header was wrapped, but the wrap only on 3 of the 4 tubes now) - injen CAI
