Default hi-flo cat make the loud noise?

Anyone have a hi-flo cat with exhaust if so does it make a loud loud noise or just rumbles still

MRT headers, Hi flow cat, and Midpipe w/ a Greddy EVO muffler...

Great performance and mellow sound...

how much of a power gain did u get from the high flow cat? I see some online that say 6-10 hp gain!! etc... is it true? I'm considering buying one...

well the entire MRT system has been dynoed for a 14hp gain... I would think a high flow cat would make up about 2-4hp of that... not 6-10 though...
