Default Torque Specs on the STi Grp N Motor/Tranny/Pitch Mounts?

I want to install these three items correctly, and I especially don't want to worry about stripping the aluminum threads. So, I was wondering what the torque specs were for the motor/tranny mounts and the very least and maybe even the pitch mount (though I doubt you'd need the torque specs for it).

Also, where are the best install directions for these? I found a few that were decent, but the search function wasn't yeilding too much...

Thanks!

I wouldn't worry too much about the torque spec's. Just whatever you can tighten with one hand at max force.
Of course, if you have Herculean strength, then it's around 40 ft-lbs is my guess

tranny mount bolts 26 ft-lbs
pitch stop bolt connected to motor 37 ft-lbs
pitch stop connected to firewall 43 ft-lbs
engine mount 25.8 ft-lbs.

Damn, those are pretty different than that site... Are those ones from a Subaru manual or something to the effect?
