Gutless '96L needs help.

Okay so I have a '96L that is starting to be down on power pretty bad. What straight swap can I do. or what is the swap with the least harness changes?This car is a nice RS replica with carbon hood 17" tarmacs lowering springs. Looks the part & then fails when it counts.

I've heard that a DOHC EJ25 would be a direct swap including ecu and engine wiring. Remove engine, put in new engine, remove old ecu, put in new ecu... done. However, I have not personally verified this. Here is the thread.

Hey Vince,

You can buy my EJ25 after I do the JDM STI Ver 6 swap on my car. I'll let you have it for cheap. I'll probably throw in the rear diff. and entire front clip since I'll be replacing all of it. The car has less than 40K miles on it.
