Default Installing an 04 instrument cluster in an 02-03?

Anyone know if this is a simple plug n play swap with identical wiring harnesses? Just curious since i would love to have an 04 instrument cluther with the center placed tach and red needles fall in my lap.

there are plenty of 04's running around, someone has to be able to verify this for us!!
