Question oil questions

Anyone have a suggested synthetic automatic transmission oil weight and brand that they like?

Greetings,

Some SVX owners who have switched to synthetic have complained of valve lash noise. I wonder if a synthetic blend might be a better solution...cheaper...avoid valve lash noise...retain some benefits of synthetic. The weight recommended would depend mostly on your environment. Most oils state the range of tempatures each weight will cover safely. I think there is a oil weight chart (guide) in your owners manual also.

Hope this helps.

AaronB and I changed out oils today from whatever was in there to Mobil Synthetic 5w30. They were out of 10w, so we figured with winter coming it wouldn't be too bad.
