Post Finding "Check Engine" light codes

Wonder what is making your "check engine" light come on?

Here's how to find out: Remove the small carpeted panel on the wall by the driver's foot. You will see two blue wires that can be plugged into the black diagnostic plug. You can then read the blinking codes on the check engine light.

To know exactly where to plug in the two blue wires, check out

You are in the "read memory mode" if you use hole 2 and keep the engine off (key on, engine off). You can go a step farther in your diagnosis if you warm up the engine and then use hole 1. Then hold the rpms over 2000 (2100 or so) for over 40 seconds.. Then it should start to blink out codes on the check engine light.

Long blink is 10's and short is 1's...

Error Codes:
11 Crank Angle Sensor1
13 Cam Angle Sensor
14-19 Fuel injectors 1-6 in order
21 H2O Temp Sensor
