Default Cobb stg 2 ECU boost?

I have the COBB stg 2 reflash with an upipe and intake. Alrighty I have a perrin short ram and when they sent me the ecu back ( they called first and said they only had a map for the APS injen and Factory okie dokie I got that. ? is with the stg 2 flash you should see boost levels in the 15.5 range or so best I have ever got was right between .09 mpa and.1 which I think is 14lbs and I have had the flash for about a 1K miles or so, so I am currently running my short ram could this be a possible reason as to why I am not making my full boost??? I have tried to contact COBB (i.e phone and email) I got hold of them they told me to email them my address to so they could send me a restrictor but alas I have emailed my address to them twice with yet no restrictor and still not desired Boost levels so what should I do people swap out my intakes and see what happens or keep tryin to hound COBB for the problem??? any suggestions or opinions will be appreciated.

Keep trying them. Trey just sent me an e-mail today saying that my restrictor was sent out this past weekend. My reflashed ECU has taken a week or so and multiple runs to get it to 1.09 bar (about 15.8 psi?) in 5th. Highest I have seen in 3rd gear pulls is 1.03 bar. Are you seeing the .09 bar reading when you have the gas pedal all the way down during 4th and 5th gear pulls?
