Default WRX Wagon owners-cargo bin vs. cargo tray

Does anyone own the Subaru Cargo Bin? It's supposed to fold flat when not in use. Looks pretty cool but I can't find a good pic of it. Anyone use it/have it/have a pic they could post?
I've owned the tray, but this looks more cool and fold with the seats too..I think. Could someone shed some light here?
Thanks.

My mom has it in her wagon, its pitty cool, but when its folded down its still about 5 inches high, Its good for holding stuff like car washing supplies, but then again if it has stuff in it you cant fold it down. And I think you also need the tray to hold it in place.

www.subaruparts.com might have pics.

it's kinda gooey/grippy by design... but i cant attest to how well it does/does not stay into place.... the bin dividers do fold flat but that leaves the bin standing about 5-6" tall.....

hope this helps.

Hmmm,
Thanks for the pix Subie. Still a little ambiguous. Can't really tell how it works, but from your post I gather it's not as 'cool' as I was hoping.
The problems is when you want to fold the rear seats down and don't want that 2" lip that the rear 'cargo mat' provides. You know, where the back of the seats were (in case you want to lay something down flat).
I guess I'll order the regular cargo mat and deal with it when I need to put larger items in there...
Thanks again.

Do you have the tray also? because it has some little notches to help hold the bin in place. Ive never noticed it silding around in my moms car
