Question Broken rear wiper

Ok, this isn't your typical 'broken wiper' post

The motor is fine, it spins 100% It seems as if there is some kind of bushing that is meant to break if there is too much force so the motor won't burn up. Is there a bushing there? Will I need a new wiper arm?

The Haynes only refers to removing it to replace the motor.

I suppose I could JBweld the hell out of it

Got it

I took the arm off and cleaned up the ribbed thing that holds the arm on. Retightened the nut and it is back to 100%
