By far the most irresponsible outfit I have ordered parts from online. Ordered parts from them about 3 1/2 months ago.
Six weeks after ordering still no parts at home. Called them and most of the time you get a voice mail service to answer. Finally get somebody on the line (because they won't call you back when you leave a message), they say that "I should be getting them at the end of the week..... we got a big order they're back ordered"

three weeks after the last call, talked to the same dude, and tells me that the parts are not in, that they're back ordered and wont have them "until the end of the week".

I let about 3 more weeks go by, and I get the same response. I tell the guy politely that I'd like to cancel my order and get a refund, since they had NO problem charging my CREDIT CARD.

The guys says fine, but that he'll have to charge me an ordering/cancel fee. I tell the guy that it is not my problem what his business expenses are, but since I got no product that I don't agree with his charge. Long story short, since he put that on his website it is ok for them to charge me a bullCAKa charge legally.

In general, they are very irresponsible, seems like this shop is being run out of a basement by incompetent management. Don't buy anything from these people. Their stock is almost non existent (it may seem) since everything you get from them they have to "special order" (aka buy online, then re-sell ), which is fine except you have to wait a gazillion days to get your parts.

seems they could build a scam on this. customer orders a part, it never gets delivered. customer keeps inquiring. give them a bs story about back order. when they finally get tired they cancel the order. charge them a "cancel order fee". pocket the fee and on to the next person. just a thought, can't say that this is what they're doing since I can't prove it.

In summary... don't bother with these guys.

I contacted a few different companies trying to get a price quote on a DP and asked them if they would price match. Intense Motorsports responded that they had the DP in stock and would price match with the best competitor.

So I call them up, start the ordering process, and remind them of the e-mail saying that they would price match. They then go on to say, "Oh, well we aren't actually going to price match the DP since the other companies don't have that product in stock right now". This is the day after I received a confirmation that they would price match!

So, I go on to ask how much it would be then, and they tell that it is going to be about $40 more! I tell the guy at Intense Motorsports to cancel more order, and he goes on to tell me in a sarcastic manner as I am about to hang up, "Well have fun waiting then." While I was nothing but courteous the entire time.

I e-mail the company back describing the converstion I just had hoping to get a response from the owner. I receive a response from the owner (I suspect it was the owner) saying that they would still honor the price match. I call back the next day, leave a message for the owner to call me back if he still wanted the business and never heard a reply.

So in summary as said above, back in 2003, don't bother with these guys!

First of all,

I would like to introduce myself, Im Jessa and I am the rep on this website for IntensePower & IntenseWRX. This industry is very busy but that is NO EXSCUSE for what has happended here. Alot of the time confusion and over reacting is what usually gets things like this heated, so we are going to keep it simple.

For not calling you back, there is no exscuse at all. For that I am appologizing for my salemen. I acutally believe you were dealing with two different salesmen and thats why things got confused but that is still no exscuse on our part. I can guarantee you werent talking with the owner as he does not deal with anything like this!

I am once again sorry about how you were treated and not called back, for that if you are still interested in buying from us, just contact me and I will do what I can for you. That goes for all members of this forum, I am the rep and any questions, concerns, or anything else just contact me by PM and I will be MORE then happy to help you!

We here at Intense are all about the customer and with many people working and sending emails things get confused and thats our fault. Thanks for understanding and you need anything please just contact me.

Hello,

I just wanted to inform all current members and current customers that things have changed for the best here at Intense. We now have enough employees to handle what we do here. As you can see in 2003 Intense was a small shop with not enough people, well that is no more!

We have a new 8,000sqft building with 11 employees and we are currently building our inventory, building our body shop and finishing 2 very large project cars. We have just opened another website just for Subaru owners also, Its IntenseWrx.com and I would reccomend to go check it out!!

What happened in the past is no longer the way business is run here, We are all about customer service and we hope to have you as a customer.

I am the rep here at Intense for both websites and this forum, any questions or concerns please just PM me and I will be more then happy to help you out!

I ordered a set of Ksport Kontrol coilvers from Intense Motorsports about 5 days ago and i received GREAT customer service. First, I called to order a set of Ksport coilovers they had recently advertised on Nasioc at a special price, but they noted that once the stock of limited quantities were gone the price would change. However when I called to order the coilovers, they had told me that they just sold out of the coilovers, but they would still give me the coilovers at the 795.00 price they had advertised.

Second, Darren of Intense Motorsports informed me that a new shipment of coilovers would arrive shortly and he would notify me if they would take longer then a week. However he emailed me the next day letting me know that he shipped out the coilvers the day after i had placed my order, in addition he provided me with a UPS tracking number as well. So conclusively I received my coilovers three days after I had ordered them, which allowed me to install them during the weekend.

I thank Intense Motorsports for the great service, quick replies to my emails, and fast service. Intense Motorsports receives a thumbs up from me!

Default I wish I would of read this thread first

I have recently paid for a few items from intense. I was wondering if I was getting the run around each time I have called. But, thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Well still no items have been delivered. I only read this today and think I wish I would have known before I ordered....I will see what happens

Hello,

Tony, I do apologize for the non-response to the PM's you sent me today. Our facility is currently under construction, and my IT manager keeps re-wiring our phone and internet system. Unfortunately this has limited me to getting PM's and e-mails. I do apologize for the delay, this is not how we normally like our orders to go. The item you ordered from me (An APR Wind Splitter) is a made to order item that normally takes 4-5 business days. Obviously we have exceeded that time frame. I spoke to APR and they apologized for the delay. They told me it should be ready this week, for they were waiting on the diffuser rods to arrive to them. I know I informed you last week that it was supposed to ship, but unfortunately at the time that is what I was told. I will provide you with a tracking number as soon as it ships. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. Thank You.

Mike at Intense made good....I spent around 600.00 dollars with intense and initially was concerned due to delay on shipment of that part. Anyway Intense has made good so far I have recieved that part. The other parts they covered the shipping to help make good with out me asking for it.
