Custom Axelback - Flange Question

I'm thinking about ordering the TWE header, cat, and midpipe in the near future. I want to do a custom axleback with a Magnaflow muffler. How much should I expect to spend for a SS pipe from the midpipe to the muffler, and what kind of flange should I have TWE put onto the midpipe to make it easier on the exhaust shop? Thanks all.

I don't think TWE should have to do anything. The exhaust shop should be the one to put the flangs in where its needed to make sure the exhaust is straight and all. I'm not sure how much this will cost but i too am planning on getting a custom axleback done and hope not to pay more than $125 for labor and installation.
