Default Rear plate lights are not working....

Anyone knows if fuse could be bad? if so which one of many fuses is the one for the rear plate lights? just got pulled over by a cop and never thought they will go bad this early.....

Thanks in advance
Tim

There is no fuse for just the plate lights- it's on the illumination circuit. Check your bulbs and also check that they have not become unplugged from the harness right by the trunklid latch.
