Default Disc Golf day on Sunday, June 8. In Raleigh

Burnout brought it to my attention that he is getting into disc golf, something i love to do.. so we were gonna meet up and play Sunday around lunch or something.. well, me and SHObaru are going to meet up around 10:30 at the Kentwood course off of Kaplan dr, near State and play aswell.

If ANYONE wants to have a seriously good time, whether you are good or not, you should seriously come out and play some rounds. We might go to some other courses too.

alright.. dunno what else to add.

Judd.

well if you dont know then show up with a frisbee and we will teach you . If you want frisbee golf discs then check a local sports or hobby store. All you need to buy is a putter and a driver(thats all i golf with). Should be only like 5-10 bucks a disc.

You dont have to have frisbee golf discs, you can just show up with a regular frisbee and try out mine and see if you like them better.

Hope to see you there

I'll stick to my Discraft 175 Gram Ultimate disk
http://www.discraft.com/
I like to play ultimate. If I lived in Raleigh I'd be up for it. Go disc sports!

For all disc golfers:

All Star Bike Shop (the one I work at on Falls of Neuse Rd) sells golf discs. We have the Innova brand along with some bags and things. We keep about 50 discs in stock in various shapes, including the Champion edition which are sweeeet.

I'll give 10% off to anybody that comes in and buys them from me (not my co-workers). It's not a commission thing, it's just that we usually don't discount stuff.

Descender and I play Disc Golf. Me and some friends plan on doing a mini disc golf tour of the SE. We plan on hitting the Raleigh, NC area. We should try to hook up and play some rounds. You can tell us which courses are the best. Out "tour" should be around the middle of August.

Man, I've never met anyone who actually liked a Dragon. I can't control that thing to save my life. Granted, I suck and everyone I play with sucks almost as bad. I lost my Dragon. Haven't had any desire to get another one. It was beat to hell anyways. I used it as an approach.

Right there is your problem. You cant use the Dragon UNLESS you put some serious power behind it. A guy i used to play with couldnt control his either.. but I could. It is a different disc all together.. to me atleast, but I absolutely loved it when i had it.. BUT the deep leaves stole her from me!

This seems cool - I've always wanted to try this. Anyone near Charlotte do this? I'd love to come up to Raleigh to try it this weekend, but it's a long way to go to realize I suck.
