Default interior scuff mark, please help.

Alright, so I had to drive to work and got valet parking. When I got my car back there was a huge (not really that huge, but huge to me) scuff mark that is about two inches long on the inside of the car, just below the window on the driver's side. This bugs me cuz i haven't even hit the 3000 mark, though I'm real close. So what do I do. I was thinking bout trying to replace the peice, but i am not sure if it is separate.

Maybe i am not describing where it is very well either. The scuff is on the vinyl part that separates the window from the cloth part where the door handle is. Dammit I still don't know if this makes sense.

maybe i could try to find a marker and color match the interior, but this to me sounds like a pathetically ghetto fix. if you can understand my crappy writing skills and have ANY thoughts or solutions it would be very appreciated. I'm feeling my wrx is already ghetto the huge crack in the windshield....crappy windshield...that's another rant for another day. Sorry to be so long winded, but the boss left early today.
