Thinking about XXtuning Dyno Day

Spoke with the guy from XX yesterday (sorry, cant recall your name! (Shut up jason!))

He said we might be able to get a cheap rate for a dyno run day with tuning if we get 8-10 people or so.

I already know Davenow and jpmarotta and me are interested...

Anyone else?

A Dyno day is in the works. The amount of cars we can do in a day is limited because of the set-up/breakdown for each car involved. So please, let me know who's interested.

From my conversation with him it would be like 6 pulls, and I think he said MINIMAL tuning. Its just the setup/breakdown of the dyno that takes awhile.

I am in, let us know the cost and what dates are available

Reason for trying to get a group is that the dyno needs to be set up for each car. If we get a bunch of the same type of cars, they only have to set it up once.

$100 for 8 pull??? This is not a bad deal.

I like $50 for 3 pull better

If my 04 Utec comes in this week I am getting my up-pipe and Utec (tuned and dyno'd) installed this sat hopefully

Hey all.

Depending on how many people want to get on the dyno all depends on how many pulls, cost, and anything else.

It takes a little time to get the cars hooked up on the dyno's since its a Dynopack 5500. We need to connect the dyno directly to the cars hubs. With 4 people simultaneously removing the wheels and connecting it up to the seperate packs it should be pretty quick.

We're working on a date since there are so many meets up and comming we don't want to interfere with them.

The normal prices are $150 for 6 (many times more) pulls plus $75 an hour for tunning once we get your baseline. Obviously for a dyno day the prices will be different and deals will be worked out for NASIOC members ( as we talked about).

ON a specific Subaru Dyno day it will most likely be just HP ratings. Again, the semantics can all be worked out as soon as we can get a date in order.
