Just go to your local dealer.

Bumper skins arent all that expensive and most ouback owners arent into the bodykit sort of thing.

ooh ooh I have a related question-

we got rear-ended (hit and run) and the rear bumper now sags a bit. If I got the skin myself, do you think the stuff underneath is easy to fix on my own(curently there is about a 1/8-1/4" gap between the body and the skin)? Body shop wants $500.

Subiekid - Yes to the pad. You can shave/hack your current one to fit, but that's the ghetto way. Easier to pay for a new the energy aborbing foam The skin and pad are it.

Lucien2 - Yes, Do it yourself. Rather easy with a Hayes or similar. You might need to take it apart twice, once to see what's broke underneath, 2nd to actually fix it with the new parts.
