Want LHD H4 Headlights w/o elect. aimers for new WRX. What country for source?

I am looking for lights that look exactly like the US lights, but with a different bulb (H4.) EEC (europe) standards call for in-car electric aiming, I don't want to bother with this, if possible. What country has Left Hand Drive with these lights? Israel maybe, South America? Alternatively, anyone have first hand experience with/details of electric aimers? I want stealth, not show like HID or projector or J Morette. Any foreign lurkers with info? Thanks.

YesYesYesYes -- the U.S. DOT headlights SUCK!!!

Mine are cross-eyed, with no way to fix it because the horizontal aimer has been deleted in the U.S. "el cheapo" version (along with side marker lights, another sad story).

I too would like E-Code LHD replacements for the headlights. The old Impreza's lights were great for just that reason. It's sad to see SOA cheaping out on us -- especially when they make a big deal about "active safety" and all.
