00 JDM tail light swap

I just got some JDM tail lights for my 00 2.5RS, but I can't get the stock tail lights to come out. I unscrewed the 5 bolts and undid the wiring harness, but it's really stuck in there. Is it glued to the housing or something? Anyone have any ideas?
