pick a time and a place.. you gotta lay down the law as far as meets go. just make sure nothing else is going on that day. if it's on a weekend i'd come.

I'm there. Just pick a date and time. Just make sure its either on a weeknight or weekend.

Most of us work during the days M-F.

Its been ages since the last South Jersey meet

what's funny is that south jersey actually has the room for a good size meet. not like the congested NNJ roads/parking lots.

I think taking over deptford for a day would rock.

Why would you guys want to come to Deptford? This place smells like pig ****! Four-wheelen on Kinsley's landfill perhaps? hehe.

But if you guys really want to tour this fine town, I'm there.

i went to rowan for 4 years, and have been out for a year. i miss it, that's why. home just isn't the same as that place for some reason. but yea, 55 smells like ass in the summer right off exit 56. but nothing beats the nightly burned chocolate [gl]assboro smell.

I currently study at Rowan, what was your major man?

And yeah, Glassboro is'nt that bad, they are trying to improve main street still, seems like it is coming along. Although I think Rowan U. could try being a solution instead of a problem at times.

I graduated from GSC/Rowan (got a degree from both...w00t!), and have lived in the area all my life. If a meet happens, and I am free, I show up.

When I saw someone posting about not wanting 'congestion', and then mentioning Deptford, I thought "uhh...Deptford IS congestion". Too many damn lights, and it's all shopping central there now. We have plenty of boonies around here tho...trust me, I live in it.

I have a BS in comp sci.

I hear what you mean about deptford. saturday's and sunday's it's retarded. sooo many cars, the best is when the off ramp gets backed up for a few hundred feeet onto the shoulder of 55.

however it still isn't as bad as NNJ. it takes me 20 mintes to get to work, which is 5 miles away.

Most of Jersey sucks in everyway. Except the Pine Barrens, but that's where the Pineys live heh.

I graduated from GCC with an Associates, then transfered to Rowan (Mistake) I'm studying Psychology.

If you guys want a meet in Deptford, there are plenty of places to eat near the mall, but it is near the mall after all and it will be jammed packed with yuppies on the weekend. I can't even navigate through my own town cause some many people drive through it :-P

yep, camden county is NNNJ-ish w/ traffic sometimes. GloCo is much less crowded...that was the biggest adjustment moving from Glassboro (yup, 'nother rowan U grad)/WashTwp to Voorhees/Cherry Hill. traffic sucks up here.

NNJ is still much worse, though.

Jay, you know you love teh SJ.

this is starting to feel like a rowan u has-been meet. LOL

i remember working at best buy in deptford and traffic was never really that bad after 6 on saturdays. I dunno maybe i dont remember right. But forget it on sundays.

Anyway, moving on, where do we wanna eat? Chili's chi-chi's (BIG FAN ) adelphia's i think ther ewas a ground round there.

we can meet at the mall, the parking lot near the 55 exit/ramps traffic light is ususally empty.

Hey, I'm not a Rowan U has-been yet. I've still got two semesters left then I can be unemployed like a good Bush patriot. :-P

There are tons of places to eat in Deptford, I'd nominate Tokyo Mandarin (I think that is what they call it) cause they have Sushi!

There is also, Chilies, Adelphia, Chi-Chis, Don Pableos, Applebeas, Pizza Hut, Ground Round, Pasta Cheech all in the mall's immediate vicinity

While we're at it, I'm also a Rowan Grad, May of '02 Not working in anything near my major, either. In fact, my 2 jobs have nothing to do with my college education, unfortunatly
