Better be careful....Funkmastas boss may be wondering what he is doing on top of a mountain instead of recuperating!

Finally got the front swaybar install pic.

Its not as bad as it looks.. the grinder came out cuz the bolts were seized onto both endlinks. But yeah, getting the old bar out and the new bar in was still pretty troublesome.

That's actually my friend Dustin holding onto a vise-grip clamped to the endlink.. but I agree with you - safety first.

I'm so glad I put on the winter tires last week :

Because then I could load the family into the STI this morning: "Don't worry, kids, Daddy's just having a little fun in the snow. HANG ON!"

I went back for seconds later in the afternoon--it's so much more fun than GT4!

Blame it on the camera. For the first picture, I had it set on enhanced saturation to make the colours pop out. Didn't fiddle with it on the computer.

It reminded me why I bought the STI as a family-mobile .

I have to admit, it was the first time I really tossed the STI around at the limits of grip and I was super impressed with its handling as well as with the performance of the Hankook Ice Bears (2nd season of using them). Boy, I really need to make it to an autocross event!!! (I guess the kids won't be able to ride with me, though .)

I used my smaller (205/55/16) Hankook Ice Bears at the auto-x today Very nice winter tire indeed...since my Kumho MX didn't help me much this morning

Here's the most recent pic of my STi. Note the broken front lip, HIDs and slotted rotors.... I put on the winter tires (Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S) just a few weeks ago.... boy I cut it close getting those on.

Did Wade get you that wing, from Anthony's. I saw one there just a few weeks ago. We compared the color match to my 06 CGM.

Did you replace the tension bars as well?
Is it a 2006 or 2007?
