Default Weather stripping pulled off of door trim....

2003 Baja/Legacy
Had to remove door trim to install a 530T. The rubber weather seal that attaches to the trim has pulled off. It was held on with staples, and it's hard to tell if it's something I did by accident or if it was made wrong.
I'm leary of how well restapling it will go, can anyone reccomend a good rubber to plastic glue?
Silly question, but there's not much room for error here and I don't have time to do it wrong. Thanks!
