Default RS 2.5l and my Legacy GT

I am looking to bolt on a turbo to MY00 Legacy GT sedan. I know that AVO has put out a turbo for the 2.5l RS Impreza. These are the same engines right? I think I will be looking at the engine bay being a little bit different, but all in all it should be fine...right?
