Question Front Brake Pad Replacement

Folks,

I offered to replace my girlfriend's front pads. Well, actually her car's front pads. She has a my95 fwd SVX. I've done the pads on my RS, but when I got the wheel off, it looked somewhat different. So, I figured I'd ask the experts before I mess things up. Any guidance would be swell!

IIRC the rear ones have a neat design that allows them to swing out from the calipers, but the fronts, although they may look different than the ones on your Impreza, are just the standard front brake calipers. No special SVX magic in them.

I have been told that the front rotors on the SVX come from the Nissan Pathfinder. Perhaps the calipers do also. (Subaru used many things from the Nissan parts bin to make the SVX)
