Default Injen intake for BE

There waas a question if the Injen 1210P will fit our cars in another thread. The answer is yes it will fit. I recently installed this piece and the fit was great. the only difficulties that I encountered were the following:
1. when you take the cold air extension into the fender, there is a brace that you will need to remove, bend a bit then re install. to be scared, its really easy to do
2. The furthest vaccume hose is kind of tough to route in the factory location... if you have a person around you with small hands it is MUCH easier
3. There is a factory bracket for the stock air box on the drivers side of the manifold, it is pretty tough to get at the bolts to remove it. If you have the ability to get under you car with a bit of room it cones off with two bolts, really simple if you have the right tools.

Other than that, the install was really simple. It took me about 45 min, but I had to scrounge tools as I am at school and dont have all of my tools up here. Everything bolts right up... You will be amazed at how much useless crap comes off your motor. The intake makes the engine by look much better, and gives you a bit more power in the top end. If nothing else, buy it for the sound.... its fun to play with

when you go to buy it, use someone off of the Injen web site.... options auto in my mind has the best service that I have ever dealt with... they always knew where my intake was, and got down to the day when it would get to my house.

PS.... if you get red, ill gut you like a fish.

just kidding, good luck

Well after some major pains on getting the thing going, nothing to do with the intake mind you, it is awesome! The sound alone is killer, and the pick up is noticeable must have for anyone!
