limeylight did this with his Outback. Check out his web site.
http://www.geocities.com/limeylight/handling.htm I have limeylight's struts, springs and rear sway bar. I am doing a conversion of my L wagon for more ground clearance. You can use performance springs with the Outback suspension for a little drop and a firmer spring rate, you will just be 1.5" higher than if you used the L or GT struts. I have the outback springs on my L wagon with the L struts and the front springs are the same and the rear are 1/2" higher. I am planning on trying some GT springs with the Outback struts. I am hoping the GT springs will be firmer than the Outback springs but I need to get some to try out. |
