Default I Have A Question About Morrete Headlights For 02/03 WRX? Morrette owners help me out

Im gonna be buying a set of Morretes off a freind and there is a little proublem. It comes with plug and play harnesses and all.

Ok Heres the dillema-- When the regular projector lights are on it works fine both light up. But when he turns the high beams on the driver side regular driving lights come on with the high beams but on the passenger side only the high beam light comes on but not the regular driving light with it.
Does anyone know why this happens. Which side is the side thats the right one. The one with both driving and high beams on or just the high beams side. Let me know if you know any way to fix that so when i turn my high beams on that it lights up properly on both sides. Thanks a lot, Eric

When my high beams are on I get both lights on each side to light up.

Dunno a fix, maybe he has the wire harness hooked up wrong

Both lights should be on with the high beams. Make sure that the two wires that go from the driver side light assembly to the passenger side are connected, one of those wires is the power for the high beams (which apparently is working) and the other is a ground necessary for the relays which keep the low beam on with the high. Also make sure the ground wire is connected from the driver side light to the battery negative.

That's all I can think of, the things I mentioned will cause your problem if not connected properly. The only other thing I can suggest if those check out, is to look carefully inside the light assemblies on both sides and make sure all the wiring is plugged in especially the relays.
