Post Ground Control Springs

I am not interested in producing a drag strip king. I merely want a fast svx that looks damn good. keeping that in mind i have decided not to go with the koni's but i do want the ground control springs because i think my svx rides a little too high in the front with the 17" rims. So i am going to lower it 2" in the front and probably 1" in the rear. i called ground control because i just want to install the springs but in order to do so he needs some dimensions of the strut assembly i think. i do not know where to find a micrometer to measure the shaft front and rear, the body front and rear, and finally he asked for the height or distance between the top of the flange below the shaft and just under the saucer shaped piece on the suspension assembly. man that really sounded confusing?! if someone things they can help me i would be more than happy to send you the fax he sent me with the diagram and measurements he requested. if someone has the time i would really appreciate the help.
