Default Subaru Service Departments: Becker Subaru vs Faulkner Subaru...Which ones better??

Im getting my oil changed cause im a lazy bastard again and dont have the time...and Im going to Becker this time to try them out since they are closer to me than Faulkner.

Anyone have any experiences with them good or bad?? I know of a few who have and have heard good and bad things about both dealers. Any comments are welcome.Thanks...

Only reason I voted Becker is because they are the only dealer I have been dealing with. I took my RS there a few months ago and they replaced my O2 sensor under warrenty with my car having a full header back exhaust. I must warn you though when your sitting in the waiting room, be sure to be listening for your car when they pull it in. When I was waiting I heard them pull my car in, and the mechanic who was driving it was really reving the engine. Kinda made me feel good about myself though. Anywho, why the hell don't you change your own oil lazy bastage! It takes but 20 mins. and will save you some bucks.

Hey! I always get mine changed at the dealer! That way they can't say to me that i dont change my oil regularly. Plus i dont know how, guess i could learn but whats the harm in paying a few bucks.
Kev...can't help you out on the question, i dont know either dealership. But i wont tell you to do it yourself b/c i have no room to talk

I've never been to Faulkner, so I cannot judge them. Becker has been ok overall. They could use an upgrade to their maintenance area if only for the employees who work there. It kinda looks as if it is stuck in time somewhere in the 1970's. The staff is polite except one old buzzard who wouldn't even come out to look at a problem I had with the drivers side window. The waiting room needs to be stripped and cleaned of the mold (phew!). No free coffee!! The waiting time is minimal for only an oil change. Cost seems to be average compared to other brand dealers.
