Default New Vendor: Daddy's Sport Compact Performance

Hi Gang,

Daddy's Sport Compact Performance is your newest vendor on the block. We'll be bringing you products from many well know companies such as Prodrive, Scooby Sport, Bosal, and others, but we'll also be looking to test(Dyno) and offer additional products that are not quite as well known but offer exception value or make a style statement that you didn't know existed. Although we are primarily an e-tailer, we will be offering as many services as possible to our local customers, such as EcuTek based road dyno'ing and data logging sessions and onsite(we'll come to you) or overnight Prodrive Power Pack ECU reflashes for Power Pack customers. We are going to road dyno everything we can to see what really works and what doesn't and we'll post the results to back it up. Please stop on buy(pun intended) throughout the months of July and August since we'll be offer various specials. Our product offerings are just being posted so look for a growing list of common and not so common products from vendors that you know and don't know.

Current Specials:
MBRP SS Catback exhaust $399 we have many photos and an audio/video clip online. We have this on Daddy's car, very nice.Limitied supply.
Sport Bucket Seats $299 a pair. (we have these coming in and will have complete install photos online soon)
Free before/after Road Dyno with Prodrive Power Pack purchase (local customers only)

Some Pics and a Video/Audio Clip of the MBRP Exhaust

Audio / Video Clip

If you have comments or suggestion on what you would like to see please drop us a line at daddysscp@daddysscp.com

Thanks for stopping buy(pun intended again),
Daddy(Rich)

Do you have a full ScoobySport turbo back exhaust with CEL fix? Will the CEL fix work on an 04 STi? (I believe they use a plug in to the ECU to fix it).

Wow, did you say $299 for the pair? WHen do you plan on having these in stock? Also, how much would shipping be to 07960? Are there WRX specific rails or you supply the universal rails?

Cheers

Needboost, Mr.Freeze

We'll have them in tomorrow. They come with universal rails. We'll be installing tomorrow evening and fabricate any additional hardware if neccessary. We're told the universal rails are quite good. We'll see. Freight is $49 to either location. That dimentional weight is a killer. I'll get some live photo's up tomorrow night. Oh ya, almost forgot, yes you get two seats for $299.

09760 $49
60074 $49

I'd like these seats too. I like the feel of the sides holding me in place. The WRX seats just dont have enough of it for me. If these have that feeling, I'm in. Please let me know when you get the seats in.

Default Dyno'ing

Hi WORWRX,

We have Delta Dash Professional for performing road dyno's. The Pro version lets us Dyno as many vehicles we want and works will all know ECU revisions. Road Dyno's are as accurate as any 4WD dyno so long as the set up parameters are correct, such as driver and passenger weight, gear ratios, aerodynamic resistance, ect. The software has standard set ups for most of this. Usually the only thing we need to due is adjust for weight, and wheel / tire size. Do a search for DDRD and I'm sure you'll find some others that are using Delta Dash Enthusiast edition. It also happens to be the best product for data logging.

Default Sport Seat are in. Pictures and current situation

For those of you interested in the seats. We got our first set in to test the fitting. First off the Universal Rails are not going to due the trick on their own. We'll be checking with the supplier tomorrow to see if they have anything WRX specific they can supply or we will go the route of trying to fabricate some rails because the bottom line is they are nice seats for the money. Here's the photo's

In regards to the rails that are supplied. They are a bit too narrow by about an inch, and if you look at the mounting holes for the factory seats the fronts bend down and the rears mount at an angle. The rails with these seats are simple parallel rails. We'll keep you up to date on the rail situation. If anyone feels frisky and thinks they can rig up their own mounting, we'll knock off another $20 until we can provide our own solution or optional rails.

How do those seats feel? They look nice, but looks can be decieving with seats... 300 a pair is an awesome price. Will these fit in the gm6/gc8 body style cars?

The seats feel pretty nice. They sure ain't Italian leather, but considering the price point they are at I was quite surprised. The real issue with fitting these for any vehicle is the rails, and as you can tell from above that's are current dilema. In regard to the gm6/gc8 I'm not sure. The seats are 22 inches wide at the widest section. They a tight fit in the WRX but they do fit. If I can find more specific info your you I'll PM you. Thanks.

It's an OEM brand from our supplier. They are the same seats sold under the 3ARacing and Eurolite label(and a couple of others).

I haven't seen a Torino first hand but the the looks of it, it would appear the cushioning is a bit thicker and the bottom side bolster don't flair open as wide. We can get the Torino, but they would they would run $549. That's almost 4 times as much. Sometime you get what you pay for but I'm not sure if its woth that much more, then again, you can't put a price on your butt.

What is the seat material like? Is it cloth in the middle? Is that some kind of pleather on the sides or also cloth? What will be the color options? These might be fun for Project Festiva Urban Beater! could you get some pics of the universal sliders and under the seat?

Thanks!

The seat material is a beautiful plether-leather-et No, seriously, the entire seat is in a plether as you describe. I'll get a shot of the bottom for you tomorrow. We're working on getting the correct rails for the WRX. We think the Sparco rails may acutal fit but will know for sure tomorrow.

Color Options:

Blue/Black
Red/Black
Yellow/Black
Grey/Black
