You ride better not get any lower, or we've waited 2 years for nothing. I've been on Eibach ProKits/AGXs for over a year now and I'm fed up with how low the car sits. With GC spec AGXs you get about a ~1/4" more drop in front and ~3/8" more drop than Eibach advertised. I was just about to go with the STi V7 struts, to protect my front lip, until this announcement.

I'm going to have a fit if the WRX spec struts aren't significantly different and the spring perches are the same height as the GC struts.

jland67 - No they are not.

dorifto88 - They are not designed to lower that car at all.

Thanks!

Woah, this is almost exactly what I have been looking for, a good group package for suspension at a good price. I have been trying to decide what I want suspension wise, because I am not going to be Auto X'ing at all, pretty much just on the street but I want a lower ride that feels like stock. I am definitly intrested in this package, I am just weary of how the drop is going to look on my setup, (17' P1's wrapped in 225/45 Khumos on an 02 WRX) because you can not adjust the height at all right? Anyone have an idea on how much gap I will be loosing with the AGX + Eibach pro kit package?

The AGX shocks can be pictured as the same as stock subaru shocks in design but with adjustable valving.
Because they are similar in design, the drop of the spring on the stock shocks will be same as with the AGX shocks. You will just be able to adjust your shock's valving. (hope this helps Gruppe-S to answer the above questions.)

Bump for Gruppe-S, great vendor and best price around!!

AGX rules!!

the agx will lower the car, but not by much. The eibach setup is considered to be one of the more equal drops, it only evens out the fender gap. So yes, you will lower the car, but it will look better and you will not have any problem clearing bumps and the like. I have tein s-techs and I have not hit anything, hopefully it'll stay that way when I get a front lip.

On their stiffest settings, is the stiffness of these shocks comparable to the stiffest settings of the koni inserts? Or are they comparable (in stiffness) to the USDM STi shocks?

How large is the diameter of the piston(s) compared to stock. Would it be possible to post a pictures showing side by side comparisons between stock and KYB (piston size).

Thanks...

Anyone have any idea on how these would work with H&R springs?

They lower the car 1.8 inches in the front, and someone said that 1.5 inches or lower would make these AGXs wear out very quickly.

Do you have part numbers for these new WRX AGX's? Just want to see that they're different than the GC8 models.

Thanks,
Aaron

I'm pretty sure that is just the generic AGX graphic and has little relevance to the WRX application.
