Blue "suede" seat material replacement

Anybody have any idea on how to get some of the same blue material that is used for the center of the front and rear STi seats as an inlay?
I would like a couple of yards to reupholster my Corbeaus to match the rear seats, any ideas?

Blue Perforated Ecsaine is the official name.

Do a search on google maybe..

Although I'm sure you know this... the rear fabric and door fabric is not Ecsaine.

Looks really close to the front seats, but a cheaper material overall.

That being said... good idea!

I actually did not know the difference between the front and rear seat material, (still waiting for my STi), now knowing that maybe the same material that Audi uses (blue alcantara) will work just fine, we'll see.

Ecsaine(Japan) and Alcantara(Europe) are just brand names for the same microfiber product. In the US it is marketed as UltraSuede. Try a google search for that.

Just to clarify... I've seen the JDM STi 7 interior in several cars and the rear material matches the fronts exactly (not sure on the door cards).

The USDM STi interior is not an exact match... only the fronts are Ecsaine (Alcantara, whatever

).

corbeaus are good seats for the money... and just about anything is better than the USDM sti seat

I did not know they were the same thing. Thanks for the info.

I had perforated M-Texture Alcantara centers in the M3 and loved it. Would pick it over leather any day.

I found this site with a quick search, the Blue Jazz might be pretty close to matching, I would have to see it in my hands for sure.

That is not correct.

The front STI seats are material I believe made of "neoprene" those used on Golf gloves.

The back seat material is standard polyester material and almost identical to normal WRX materials.

They are not the same material on the front and rear.

The side door panels are just cheap cloth color matched correctly.

If you really want them, you might as well get the rear seats and front seats so they look correct or else they end up looking like those cheap "TYPE R" seat covers from Pep Boys.

How do I know this? I have the complete STI interior.
