I would ask Larry Ganz, he can probably tell you all there is to know about it.

It uses a high flow magnaflow muffler similar to what rallispec used to build, and is a stainless steel system but not polished. It has a deep rumbly sound and is medium loud - with a 3" single tip it shouldn't attract much police attention, and would be great for a turbo system with 2.5"or 3" downpipe.

I talked to Larry over these past few days on trying to get his turbo kit from PDM if you have the cash you need to get it. It kick ass, and it was made from someone who really knows what they are doing. If you are going to build your kit from a PDM, you need to talk to Larry. He can get his up to 500+hp np.

Take a look...

Larry, thanks for the info. Just what I was looking for!

Soloman, I already have a custom setup using a TD05H-14B turbo off a DSM so I'm all set on that. Just lookin for an exhaust so I can reroute my wastegate....dump is very very annoying.

Thanks for the info!

The link above is broken, here it is for real http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...0&goto=newpost

Also, Call 303-287-8889 to buy the PDM catback direct from them. I only offer their turbo kits right now because they are very short handed right now since one of the welders is gone.

Solomon - actually on the most recent incarnation of Larry's ride (before it was taken apart), he ran our P500 hybrid turbo Should've heard his comments ... "pulls like a raped ape" & maxed out all his 8 injectors.

you mean this thing?

Its not a Magnaflow.. Its some JDM 3" stainless muffler.. quite awsome quality.. not loud, but good tone.. has held up to two owners and two winters without rust or stains.

I believe PDM has switched to magnaflow mufflers. They used to use the Pro1 mufflers like JCS did for a while.

I can still get those from a local supplier but stopped because the midpipes need to have the flange removed, get a couple of inches cut off, and then get the flange welded back on at a different rotation.

Now I could get something like this muffler for some HP and still use it with my turbo when i get it right? I wanted the 3" Brullen, but was told that I have to wait until i get my turbo or I would have to sell it and get a different type.

Either 3" catback is possible to have an exhaust leak with the small flange of the stock catsection, but Drac9 here on NASIOC was able to mate my old Brullen 3" to his stock cat section. PM him to see how he did it.

Will be able to keep that portion when I get the turbo, and will it also help with HP?
