Default STi Tail Light. What do you think?

I saw this tail light.
1) Would it fit on STi
2) Does black section need to be painted
3) How do you think it would look?

It's your car. But since you asked, that is "the ugly". On the other hand very few will go for that look so you can be nearly uniquely ugly.

IMO, not only do they look like crap, but they look like cheap crap. They look homemade, like spray-painted plywood with inlaid lights off of heavy construction machinery.

My thought exactly.

In this case, I would prefer APC Altezza light or the stock EVO VIII light..................

Yeah they don't look that good. Now the morrette headlights look good I think. At least better than the 2002-2003 morrette headlights.

As someone who's not thrilled with the way the stockers look, I can understand your desire to swap them out.

However, IMHO, the ones you showed put the F in Fugly.

I think those tail lights are missing a propane tank and flame ignitor... then they'll be complete.

P.S. Anyone ever notice how BMW E60 5 series tail lights look like the STi ones?

WRX

STi

New E60 5 Series
