Default Car not starting...help...

Ok, so I got this used engine from a rollover 2001 RS, swapped oil pans, clutch and put the engine in. Before i did that, I found out my flywheel was only 9lbs instead of 12, thus causing me to stall while at idle when the car was running. Ok, so I put the engine in, lined it up with the trans and slided right in. I bolted the starter (one cable with a bolt, right?), connected fuel lines, coolant lines, turbo lines, vacuums etc. I did find a plug that I had not connected though, and I suspect it is from the starter somewhere, and also a vacuum from the intake manifold which i did not know what to plug in. So here re the pictures:

The above plug is flat, with a groove in the middle and a depression at the bottom. Where does this plug go?

This is a vacuum i need to plug something into it. Right next to the throttle body (driver side). It's the only big vacuum plug there. Anyone know where or what to plug there? The car won't start, and the engine won't turn over. Also, would the car start with 12 volts? I am not getting a better than 12 volt reading frm the gauge.
Thanks for your help!

~Anthony.

That plug needs to go on the back of the starter. It is the trigger wire.

The brake booster needs to be plugged into that vacuum nipple, if I'm seeing where it is correctly.

Hey Nick, where does that starter plug, plug into? I cannot find a terminal to hook it up to.
