Default Have Sti need help with stock head unit

I have an STi. I purchased a stock head unit on Ebay. I had the dealer install the head unit. The radio and tape player work fine, but cd player is dead. The unload, load, and cd buttons are dead. The 6 cd icons do not show up at all.

I pulled the unit, and noticed an outlet (the one on the left when looking at the rear of the unit) was not connected. I could not find a plug that would go into this outlet. What is this for?

There are no errors or noise. It almost seems that there is no power going to the cd portion. Are there 2 separate power supplies, or fuses?

Does anyone have an wiring diagram?

Any suggestions?

I bought my head unit on ebay as well and hooked it up myself. There is a big connector at the back of the unit that has like ten or more pins on it. The matching plug hangs freely in the dashboard. The only other plug is the antenna single pin cable.

These cables are all hooked up.

Does anyone know how to unload a jammed player?

Pliers, flat head screwdriver, patience, and elbow grease
