Your friend is a fool. You should point out the FX35 isnt the fastest cuz Infiniti makes an FX45. But yes, the Cheyanne Turbo is the fastest SUV right now. Go to www.Caranddriver.com and check out the vehicle stats.

Yah saying the FX35 is fastest wouldn't make much sense, although it is a 7.1 second car.
The Cayenne turbo is the fastest and I think we all know that a certain Subaru is second fastest. Just google on "Cayenne 0-60" or "Forester XT 0-60" etc. You might not find the FX35 number outside the magazine, the review just came out, they were all busy testing the 45 first. |

I believe lamborgini had the fastest suv. This was in the 80's though i think. It was the only suv to go over 130mph in hot desert in egypt.

The standard 35 only pulls 0.80g on the skidpad but you can equip it with the sport suspension and it pulls 0.87, not too shabby. My brother has one and it's a monster on off ramps. Not as confidence inspiring as a similarly performing car, because of course there's going to be roll, but nice. |

I saw my first Cayanne Turbo in the parking lot here at work. WOW, talk about unimpressive. I do not doubt the engineering put into the machine but I could not find a SINGLE pleasing angle. The VW version looks much nicer ironcially. |
