Ohio newbie window tint question

Hi all,

I am PCS'ing to Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH, at the end of August. I'm currently in Phoenix, and it's really, really, really, really freaking hot here. There is a group buy for window tinting going on, and I'd like to get it done. However, I note that the legal limit in OH is only 50%. Many tinters in Phoenix, apparently, don't even carry 50%, because "it's a waste of time! We wouldn't sell one." They'd have to special order it. The legal limit in AZ is 35% but many places will do it much, much darker (5%, even).

So, my question is - how strictly do they enforce window tint laws there? Anyone at Wright Pat know if SF is stricter than the civilian police? If I go with 35% from my rear passenger windows back, will I be getting ticketed?

I know if you do get a ticket and piss of the cop it is a ongoing ticket. In other words as soon as you pull away he can stop you again and give you another.
