I just called.. I think there's 4 pairs left. Jamie said she should be getting hers back from paint today, and will mount them and snap some photos soon thereafter.

Just got mine in today, thanks for the fast shipping! Well, I still have to get them painted, but as far as I can tell, they should look alright. I'm not so sure they were worth $90, but I'll have to see what they look like after some paint. Looks to me like you have to run the wire on the outside of the mirror as well? Directions are kind of vague, if someone can simplify it that would be cool. Also, from what the instructions say, there are blinker wires already up in the mirrors??? Has anyone installed these yet? I'm not really seeing the big picture yet of how they will function as blinkers?? I'm going to drop them off to be painted next week, we'll have to see how it goes. In the mean time, if someone has some better instructions or tips for the install, that would be great!

I don't see how there would be wires already in the mirrors. I would assume you have to run new wires from the mirror, through the door, and up to the flasher wiring for each side. I guess Morette doesn't provide very clear instructions.
I'm sure Jamie will post further info when her install gets done. |

So how do you get the wire from the door into the fender and then all the way up to the front of the car(WRX the markers are at the front corners)? Am I going to have to uninstall by entire inner fender to get these on? How did you get at the back of the side markers? Did you have to remove the inner fender?

you wont need to uninstall the entire fender liner... but it's a good idea to remove a few clips on the outside edge, bend the fender liner down... pull the wiring along until your reach the side marker.... How did you get at the back of the side markers? just pulled the side marker out... reached my hand in... and pulled the wiring through Did you have to remove the inner fender? nope By the way, do you mind telling me how much you paid to have your mirrors painted black?? $70 - which is what allsubaru.com is offering for paintwork on these... thanks!
