Thanks for sharing, I'm sure I won't be disappointed after I put them on; they should be here any day now.

Not to stray to far from the topic but you should get the coated. Speaking of wich. Do yall think you could offer that as a service presale (like painting?) It would make it more desireable I would say, and a little more profit for you.

I will check into it and see if it's possible

I just got my GP Moto Turbo back and headers today. It looks awsome, can't wait til the weekend to put it on. I had no idea I had to assemble the headers, I hope there is no leaks, is there something someone can suggest to put on or use on the joints incase it does?

I'll be posting a review of the GP Moto products once I get it on the Scooby. Nick was great to deal with.

Julio

I got some bad new bro, some MF just jacked my GPMOTO midpipe and muffler this morning. Came outside and my car's rear end is sitting on a jackstand right on the rear diff. The alarm did not go off.

Though I will say that the power comes on very smooth, and holds til redline, I just recieved my MONSTER TD04 on Saturday too, and was about to put it in. The header and turbo back was still in the breaking in stages.

During installation I had some rattling noise at the midpipe, and had Spoke to Sean Logan who had gave me some suggestions, but it did not work, had to hammer the area where it was right up against the car. Recieved it with some dings and dents here and there, had a hard time getting the silencer off. Had to tie rope to a telephone pole and vise grip the silencer and tie it down and slowly pulled it out, after two attempts it finally came out, cuz one of the dents was the exhaust tip.

I recieved one wrong header gasket in the package, and the install was not fun. Sean Logan is a nice guy to deal with, he said he will send me another gasket and gave me some suggestions on how install it.

But after all the headache of the installation and this morning some MF jacked up the rear and stole my Midpipe and muffler, I'm ready to call it quites for awhile.

I had send Nick an email, with my concerns last week but I have not recieved a reply so I emailed Sean Logan from GPMOTO, he was very willing to help, asked for my number and a time that he could call me back. He even said that if anyone wants a GPMOTO product that they can go directly to them, since the vendors have not been moving too much product.

I know that last time I spoke to Nick, he said that he had just bought a house and was moving in. So no offense to you Nick if that is the case, after all you did send me the CEL fix's.

Take it for what its worth, I am not the happiest camper right now.

Default Sorry to hear about the trouble...

I can't beleive that someone took your stuff! I am so sorry that this happend. We are back online and posted on the site that we would be hard to get a hold of last week. The phone was on all week though. The e-mail however was not it went down for a few days in the move and I do appologize for that.

Will your insurance cover the theft? If not call me and I will make you a special incentive to get you another. And I think you will be happy with what I tell you.

Nick

Unhappy

Mushashi:

Im really sorry for what happened to you! I am still shocked to hear this. As for the insurance, I doubt they will cover it, but it is worth the try.

As for the issues you encountered... to be honest... there is no surprise there... The reason I asked you is that there have been several people down here that had exctly your same problems. Fitment issues, incorrect gasket, and ALL of them received their mid-pipes, and mufflers with some dents. I was expecting these to be isolated cases, though it seems not. So I think you should let Sean know about this situation.

Even though they seem a really good exhaust, I think I will just get their headers and get an Invidia turbo back.

Thanks for replying in this thread, and hope you can get another mid-pipe & muffler soon.

Good Luck

Nick,

Thanks again, I really appreciate you looking out for us. Your generousity will not go unnoticed.

This weekends has been like CRAP............., I called the COP's on sunday to make a report and the said unless I was going to make a claim, they would not make one. Well hell, my deductable is $500.00. And besides all I wanted was to get more police patrol in my area.

So I guess no more donations for those monkey's, and I'm at the point where like they say "Shoot first ask laster".

For anyone who has been reading this, personally have had great customer service dealing with Nick. I high recommend him.

There is alot of nice people on this forum that are really nice about help you out, and I hope it stays that way.

I'll give you a call tomorrow. And will be reverting the Scooby exhaust system back to stock. At least til I get my machine gun w/motion sensor Thief Killa hooked up. J/k

Expect more business from me.

Thanks again.

Chong
