Arrow Monthly payments on your STi's?

Hey guys,
If none of you mind, what are you guys paying per month for your STi's? How much did you guys put down and whats your interest rate? Just trying to figure out what I would pay if I bought one.
Thanks,

Contact a bank/credit union and get pre-approved. Our rates/downpayment/payments are really irrelevant.

not to be another "richard" here
CASH (selling my NYC loft and buying STi and house) could buy a nicer house but then I'd have to drive a G35 or BMW.

HAHA HA , Funny but so true. There are to many variables at play here, Down Payment, Intrest Rate, amount of loan, credit and so on. Contact a bank

Those that have homes, go with a Home Equity Line of Credit or Fixed loan. That is unless you can get 0%. With a home equity you get a super low interest rate and you can write the interest off on your taxes.

I think my payments are ~600 a month for either 4 or 5 years, with a decent interest rate. I think the rate is somewhere around 3.9-4.something %. I say I think because my parents are the ones who did all the paperwork, and I'm just the one making some payments while I'm home during the summer as part of the deal I made with my parents.

830 Canadian a month (tax in) for a lease with 0 down, 48 month, 8.8% interest through subaru canada (primus).

Why would I buy/pay cash when I get to write off most of the car for work through a lease? I get a nice cheque at the end of the year for 65% of my car payments, tires, brakes, car wash, gas, etc etc etc.

If I were to buy, I would only get a fraction of that because you can't write off the monthly payment, just the depreciation.
