Default Engine buildup (question for pros)???

I want make a engine buildup but with a small budjet and i have 2 or 3 question for you pros?!?!?!

I will start with my RS-T how run very well for now at 8psi. It have T3T4 turbo + piping , fuel pump, stock injector, WRX TMIC, 2.5 cat/back, RRFPR, COBB CAMS, Borla headers, and more.

-Goald, 99 2.5L sohc runing 13 to 14psi and 75hp to 100hp NOS.

-I do not have the money to buy a stand-alone and RC injector for now so, i have to use a ITC, a S-AFC and 420cc WRX injectors.

1-Should i get a set of 9.7@1 forged J&E piston, and keep my low end torque or get 8.5@1 forged J&E piston? Will i get the same HP at the same boost with the 9.7 and the 8.5??? Do you think the engine will easier to set with the 8.5???

2-Do you think the ITC and a S-AFC will be able to drive 13psi of boost or more and how much???

3-How much boost do you think i can go with the 420cc wrx injectors? Do you think i will have to use a RRFPR wtih them???

4-Do you think i have to go close deck or should i save my money to get a good set of ported head???

Thanks for your help in advance.
Sorry for my english i am french

More question to come

Flirting with danger is what comes to mind.

Honestly though, you may want to rethink the idea of going for a 14-15psi buildup of a 2.5 if "limited budget" is anywhere in the plans.

Unless you can do a very good tuning job yourself, the costs of that alone may prohibit it.

I second that, to run more boost and be safe, there is no cheap way of doing it unless you just get a great deal on some parts. You are going to want more fuel plan and simple. If I was you, I was just pass on the 440 injectors and get 550cc injectors b/c they are not that much more. "for a example."
I don't want to see your car up on the forum with something that blow! Just save your money and do it right the first time b/c if you do it half-ass, you are going to want more power down the line and will have to buy stuff all over again.

Danger Danger....

1. Get the Forged J&E Pistons. If not now, you will need them later when you turn the boost up..

2. No... atleast, not safely and could eventually cause you to have to do #1 if you don't at the start.

3. Guess about 12 - 15 psi before you hit 90% IDC.

4. Neither. Just get springs + retainers and a a good set of cams.

BTW, make sure you have plenty of money to piss away, because that's what you'll be doing...

Also, I wouldn't recommend doing what you want to do without and engine management system. There is just going to be too much happening for a simple ITC and SAFC to a good job.
