I am going to add another ground wire from strut bolt to the engine but I need to know what the torque specs are for either the manifold bolt on the drivers side and the torque for the strut bolts.

Not sure about the strut torque, but may have a better solution if you haven't already did it. I ran a 27" piece of 6 gauge from the battery down near to where the original ground is near the starter. It is right underneath the vacuum hose running from the brake booster to the intake manifold. It was an un-used 13 mm fine threaded hole that worked perfectly. I used some aluminum tape to protect it from heat for the first 6 inches to protect it from heat.

If you are referring to the strut top bolts, they are torqued at 12ft-lbs and +or- 4ftlbs.
