What I mean (before somebody thinks I am starting a flame war) is that seems like a little over kill. A good Protien and good creatine will do the exact same thing for about half the cost. What are your goals? Just curious as to reasons why you decided on that stuff.

They don't print up those shiny, slick ads in FLEX for nothing!

"Our trained, meathead scienticians spent years perfecting MuscleBlast Ass Cream. Scientifically unproven, it delivers the energy you need to BLAST! your way through any workout."

w00t for unnaturally building your body!

I'm still convinced that stuff builds you too quickly to be safe.

I'm going on a bulking cycle in September. Regarding the cost of the protien, yeah, the myoplex is expensive, but it's a full meal replacement - so I wanted to give it a whirl - and I hear it tastes good. the nlarge 2 is because I ran out - it will last me for quite awhile as I only take half doses. The super one + and the 60X0 are for my ph/post recovery as well as the zma. The swole I got because the last creatine stuff i had was crap.

I haven't read Flex in a long time and I haven't bought anything muscletech in almost 2 years now. :shrug:

The secret of ZMA is that it's only beneficial if you are deficient in Zinc, Magensium and Vitamin B6. So long as you are getting enough of all three, ZMA isn't going to do anything really, other than help you sleep a bit more soundly .

Protein is protein. So long as you get enough in each day, it doesn't matter much if it's IsoPure, BigMax, GNC, or Twinlab. The only time the quality of the protein might matter at all, is if you are already at the level of say Kevin Levron or Tom Prince. They've reached that level of declining returns, where every microscopic advantage is needed to possibly outdo the competition.

whey =! casian.

The myoplex is a MEAL REPLACEMENT, not just a protien shake.

I know. MRPs serve a different function than just protein supplements.

I'm just saying that consuming protein from one company is not going to give you significantly different results in muscle gain, from consuming protein from another company.

noob.
dosent mean its good does it? Just because something is taken off the market dosent mean its the BEST EVER EVER OUT THERE! It means they got busted first. Hell i would rather take 1-TU before crappy ass super one...

why not just spring for the 1-AD you cheap bastard? less side effects better results...

sheesh Jonn i thought we dicussed this nnnnn00000bbbbb...

oh, on the myloplex issue, my dad really likes it...i hate it. Protien is all preference i have discovered. Like i love my Detour bars and ppl hate them...so whatever floats your boat.
