Unhappy Is this the time of the year for Subaru's to break? Dealer booked over 1 week!

So, my basically stock WRX got a check engine light 2 nights ago. My buddy has a code scanner, but he's not in town right now, so I thought I will just bring it in to the dealer(it's under warranty). Well, I call up the service department at Dan Wolf Subaru in Countryside because it's 5 minutes from my house. I ask them when I can bring it in and they go Next Wed! I asked why, and he says "We got a lot of Subaru problems right now".

Dan Wolf sucks. They never have time for anything there. They gave me the same crap when I took my car in once. They were supposedly booked for over a week.

Bachman Subaru here in Louisville has only one tech. He is a very good tech, but there's still just one of him.

I've called to schedule oil changes and been pushed out two weeks. They had to rent me a car once because he hurt himself while they had my car. He had to go home for the rest of the day and they kept mine overnight. It shut them down completely.

I have four full time techs, one oil change guy and an apprentice working for me,we are currently booked (as in not even oil change booked) until august 12th

The reason??

WWM96 campaign-Legacy rear suspension undercoating,2 out of 3 jobs scheduled are for that, and to add fuel to the fire, another local dealer (Livonia subaru) Just closed, and guess who's number they are giving to every one of their customer's? Uh huh,(248)-547-8800 Hodges Subaru can I help you?

What a fun week
