Post Blitz Dual TT or MSTT?

What exactly are the differences between these 2 timers? Blitz North Americas web page is messed up. It leads you to believe that the thing has Boost Controller abilities.
Blitz North America

And then I read here Alamo Motorsports look under Turbo Timers in the left column.
that the thing has a green backlit display yet the picture clearly shows it with indiglo. Basically I want a turbo timer with the most extra features I can find, but I also want the display to match the color of the dash display (green) and I would prefer that the finish match the silver in the dash of the WRX (Dual TT). I think that they are both available in silver, but the display color changes on ya. I am confused about this whole mess. Please advise on which you prefer and why....differences between the 2 also please. If there are any other TT that I should consider, please feel free to post them as well.....

And whats up with these... Blitz UK ...check out the new product section...Special Edition FATT type S...decisions...decisions....

Thanks
DUG

dug-e-fresh,

Have you already got a boost guage? Do you want one?

The Dual-TT has a built-in digital boost guage - it needs it because it has auto-timer functionality based upon boost pressure...

If you already have/don't need a boost guage, then you could look at the HKS TT Type 1 - it too has auto-timer functionality, but it's based off RPM's not boost. It also includes some extra's like 0-100kmh timing, etc.

Good luck deciding! (BTW, don't forget to buy a WRX wiring harness - Alamo Motorsports has them, but they're on back-order).

I do not have a boost gauge. So which is better for the turbo in terms of knowing how hard it is working...rpm sensing or pressure sensing...I would imagine pressure sensing would be accurate....thanks for the input. I thought about adding a gauge along with the Dual TT if I were to get that....but I still want to know about the display color thing...
